Nnenna Uboma’s journey is nothing short of extraordinary. In just a few short years since arriving in Canada, Nnenna has not only carved an impressive path for herself but has left an indelible mark on the fields of analytics, finance, compliance, startup, literature, technology, and academia.
Nnenna held the coveted role of Director of Predictive Analytics at a prominent private firm before swiftly moving on to make her mark as a Director at Scotia Bank, one of the Big Five banks in Canada.

As if conquering the corporate world were not enough, Nnenna has also demonstrated her prowess as an author, capturing her insights and experiences in the pages of literature. Her recent venture, the Metal App, a groundbreaking Connection App, showcases not only her entrepreneurial spirit but also her dedication to fostering meaningful connections in the digital age.

Nnenna has had the opportunity to work in several sectors, which add to her deep knowledge and expertise. Her experiences caught across BlackBerry, LoyaltyOne, Fairmont Hotels, Ontario Ministry of Education, Alberta Government, and the top Canadian banks where she has held various roles with each increasing in capacity.

Nnenna has recently achieved the pinnacle of academic success, earning her Ph.D. in Risk Management. Today, she stands not only as a professional luminary but also as a respected professor, imparting her knowledge and expertise to the next generation.

Nnenna is the Managing Partner at TripleJ Consulting, a Canadian based company where she works with startups and small to medium companies to drive revenue growth while ensuring the three pillars of compliance have oversight including Fraud, AML and Operational compliance.

Nnenna has led many projects, including AML, compliance, retail, fraud, and technology operations. Her success is in her ability to use business architecture, technology and data to gain insights that uncover untapped business ideas, faulty operations, or processes that support efficiency.

Nnenna has gained the belt for the Top 100 Accomplished Canadian Women, Black Championship Award, and many more. She has stood as a role model in her community and a name to reckon with.
